Broken chalk, broken system?

Representatives of the teachers claim that the Hungarian public education system has to be reformed fundamentally. The government says that only a few adjustments are necessary, and that any flaws of the system can be corrected in a matter of weeks. However, the real question is whether the current debate is really able to get to the point, or we have to bear the endless patching of a flawed system again
